Refund policy

Re-Loved Apparel Clothing offers a refund or credit policy if there is a mismatch between the approved artwork and the final product, or if the product quality doesn't match the provided sample prior to the order.

In such cases, a full refund or credit of 100% (excluding shipping costs) will be provided if the company is unable to replace the incorrect artwork or product quality within 30 working days. 

The products must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Additionally, Re-Loved Apparel Clothing reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet their criteria or fall outside the specified timeframe.
